I’m a dreamer, and a doer. My sense of curiosity and willingness to learn have been my greatest strengths. Professionally, value creation using \'customer first\' approach has been the mantra of my journey. Currently, at Amazon, I own the business results for product categories within Cold Beverages space, and lead efforts to create the right customer experience by offering relevant beverage selection. At the same time, I work closely with our vendors, who play a key role in our mission to be the Earth\'s most customer-centric company. Earlier, as a Sr. Category Merchant Manager, I drove growth focussed initiatives for the third party (3P) business within Consumables, and engaged with 3P brand owners with the goal to help accelerate their business on our store.During the pre-MBA years, driving collaboration with customers and channel partners to become a formidable part of their growth story has been my career highlight. Here, I gained experience in business development, tender management, institutional consultative selling, key account management, and channel & distribution management.Outside work, I\'m a fitness enthusiast, and I read voraciously on diverse topics.
