My primary role at BlueRose Technologies is understanding customer requirements and managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle independently, including screening, coordinating interviews, negotiation and closure of candidates for assigned requirements. I was sourcing profiles through various modes like Social network (Linkedin), head hunting, networking, job portals and referrals. Was responsible for coordinating Interviews with the clients and candidates, follow-ups with them, meeting targets both as an individual and as a team, maintaining good relationship with candidates and clients, maintaining back up & good pipeline of resources on critical mandates. My work starts with interacting with hiring managers and stakeholders for requirement clarity, resource requirement strategy & deciding the timeline on the same. I screen the profiles, shortlist the candidates in the preliminary rounds, co-ordinate interviews between panels and candidates efficiently. I always establish effective relationships with candidates by providing timely verbal and written communication.
