   Offer extension and follow up till joining inclusive of explaining the offer and benefits to the offered candidate, answering employee queries related to the offer- Managing an effective and smooth onboarding of new hires as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability- Handle resignations and terminations as per the company policy and issue Relieving letters- Work with an external vendor to ensure that the offered candidates complete the background verification before joining- Maintaining employee files including collection of all necessary documents, filing of the documents, filing PIP letters and exit documents, Provide inputs for PF, payroll, Insurance and create employee records- Generating weekly and monthly reports such as Joiner, pipeline, headcount report etc.Preparing and handing over request letters such as employment proof, address proof, NOC letters etc.Coordinating with managers to arrange for training sessions- Conducting Exit interviews to analyze attrition trends and generate attrition reports to be shared with the management- Responsible for implementation of HR policies and processes- Communication & Implementation of all employee policies, ensuring all grievances are tracked & answered to employee satisfaction- Driving employee engagement and cultural initiatives such as annual outing, employee events, corporate social responsibility, etc. to increase employee satisfaction and retention- Help in testing the Workday for the proper workflow process as per defined policies - Coordinating for Campus Recruitment by shortlisting the colleges, setting the interview process, etc- Co-ordinating with the vendors and providing inputs to PF, Audit teams, POSH training teams- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with line manager & candidates.
