Management Consulting with focus on Business growth strategy, process and work flow, standard operating processes, benchmarks and standards, increasing efficiencies and productivity-With my background in architecture, engineering, and management I bring a unique perspective and ability to foster change and growth in the AEC (building) industry. I am passionate about giving back to the AEC industry in general and specifically in promoting women in construction, diversity in thought at the workplace, mentoring for professional growth, sustainable urban development and in making multi-disciplinary integrated learning accessible. Over my career of 25 years in design, project management and entrepreneurship, I have had the incredible opportunity of interacting and collaborating with some brilliant professionals. Specifically in the last 5 years, this has led to much brainstorming and eventually to founding two organizations that, in different ways, aim to transform the construction sector and promote women\'s leadership. There are as yet other ideas still evolving and some germinating.At Build Ed, we help organizations and individuals in the construction sector to structure their teams, create process frameworks, and develop winning strategies that reflect their unique brand positioning, ethos, and vision. We custom create learning programs aimed at building teams, encourage growth, problem solving and adopting organisational change. At WiREnet World, we are a global network of women professionals in real estate, construction, and allied fields, who collaborate, mentor, and support each other to achieve their goals and aspirations.Prior to founding Build ED, I was leading a team of over 250 project managers, engineers, designers, and cost consultants at Colliers International, where I was responsible for driving the P&L and the vision of the Project Management business for India. I also established a robust Design and Build platform and a distinct Cost Management service offering both at Colliers, resulting in diversification and growth and was one of earliest team members to establish an employee led community welfare initiative in C&W India way back in 2005/6
