My journey in the Aerospace & Defense industry began 27 years ago, guided by a belief that has shaped every decision I’ve made since: complex problems deserve bold, human centered solutions. What began as a deep fascination with engineering and technology has evolved into a career dedicated to building business\', transforming organizations, delivering mission critical programs, and driving digital acceleration across the product and business lifecycle. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of setting up and scaling engineering delivery centers from the ground up, planning and establishing greenfield manufacturing plants, and leading large, diverse teams through high stake environments. Whether navigating M&A, steering independent P&L units, or managing global strategic customer relationships, my approach remains anchored in responsibility—to the mission, the team, and the customer. My career has taken me across the globe, working closely with some of the most respected Aerospace & Defense OEMs and Tier 1 companies. Each partnership has shaped my understanding of what truly drives long term value: trust, collaboration, and strategic intent. Along the way, I’ve been honored with recognitions such as the Creative Industry Partner Award from ADE for delivering a highly strategic mission critical program, and the Women Achiever Award —Acknowledgments that I view not just as personal milestone achieved but as reflections of the exceptional teams and mentors who have been part of my journey.
