Short listing the resumes as per Client Needs.• Negotiating Rates with the Employers and Consultants.• Formatting resumes according to the client specifications & the standards.• Submitting the Profiles to the assigned Resource Manager / Team Lead.• Scheduling interviews with the Consultants and doing follow up. • Confirming availability of the candidates, and passing their details to Resource Manager / Team lead.• Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining.• Exceeding metrics.
