I am a Law Graduate from the University of Rajasthan and a semi qualified Company Secretary with a strong foundation in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contractual structuring. My professional journey has equipped me with hands-on experience in drafting and vetting shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, and commercial contracts with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation. At N.G. Gadhiya Group, I worked as a Legal & Compliance Associate, where I played a key role in steering regulatory adherence, managing legal documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives during the group’s expansion into new sectors. Previously, during my tenure with M. Lalwani & Associates, I honed my legal drafting and client advisory skills, especially in areas involving property due diligence, environmental clearances, and commercial legal disputes. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, I bring a dual perspective—legal precision backed by commercial insight—which helps bridge the gap between legal risk and business reality. I’ve further strengthened my profile with certifications like NISM Series XXIV (AML/CFT), showcasing my commitment to compliance frameworks and anti-financial crime measures.
