Currently, I serve as Senior Manager – Escalated Care at Electronic Arts (EA), where I lead global teams dedicated to delivering the best player experience. My focus is on building innovative strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring players receive high-quality, seamless support worldwide.Prior to EA, I worked at Amazon as Program Manager II – Operations, where I led a strategic program for competitor monitoring and pricing strategy. Before that, I was Manager of Risk Management at Amazon, responsible for stakeholder management, project execution, service-level improvement, and fraud prevention.I also bring a strong consulting and operations leadership background from Accenture, where I served as a Senior Manager leading a function of 300+ employees for a multinational client.
