By aligning our recruitment efforts with the overarching business objectives, I ensure that our talent acquisition initiatives are closely integrated with the company\'s growth trajectory.Team Development: I work hand-in-hand with TA managers across various Business Units and Practices, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they are aligned with our larger vision for talent acquisition. By nurturing their professional growth and development, I cultivate a high-performing team capable of driving recruitment success.Program-Based Hiring: I spearhead strategic hiring programs tailored to meet the specific needs of our India team. This includes initiatives such as Campus recruiting and Beyond Your Break, aimed at attracting top talent and fostering diversity and inclusion within our workforce.Building Technology Practices: I am accountable for the establishment and growth of our Practices from the ground up. This involves hiring competent leaders and assembling teams of tech-savvy engineers and architects under their guidance, ensuring that our technical talent remains at the forefront of industry innovation.Competency Framework: I am part of the core team that built the outcome-based Competency framework for the organization (India region) that includes Technology teams and Shared Services. The scope of the project included Technical and Behavioral competencies. Used BEI technique to implement these competencies at a pre-screening stage in TA. Audits: Acted as the SPOC for Talent and Culture team to build processes and create documentation when the India entity got ISMS certified and became GDPR compliant.
