Entrepreneurial technology executive, two-time startup CTO and co-founder, seasoned R&D and research leader. Over two decades of experience solving complex challenges at the intersection of research, engineering, and real-world impact. I’ve co-founded two startups—serving as CTO from inception to scale—and led large research and R&D teams in high-growth environments.As VP of R&D at Pagaya, I scaled the research org from 5 to 200 people in under 3 years. At Linx Security, I co-founded and helped raise $33M for a cybersecurity startup focused on digital identity. Earlier, I built a pioneering Natural Language Generation engine at Phrasetech and served in Unit 8200, Israel’s elite tech intelligence unit.I enjoy tackling complex problems with the potential for meaningful impact. I\'ve found there\'s often a significant gap between solving a problem in theory and bringing that solution to life in the real world. I thrive when I\'m there, at the intersection between theory and the real world, trying to close this gap together with a great team of talented people.
