My responsibilities encompassed overseeing vaccine production, equipment qualification, and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) of the manufacturing facility. My proficiency in tasks like MBR, MFR, SOP preparation, equipment qualification, and validation in cleanroom environments (cGMP Grade C and Grade D) has been instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with single-use equipment, including Bioreactors, Mixers, Biosealers, and Biowelders, further enhancing my versatility in the field.As a former DBT-TRAINEE at Praj Industries Ltd, I actively contributed to upstream process development in microbial fermentation. Working on fermenters of varying capacities (1L, 2.5L, 5L, and 10L), as well as the 100L Pilot Plant Fermenter, honed my technical prowess and analytical skills.
