I\'m Shiyu Jiang, I’m a Cloud Engineer at Boost Mobile (EchoStar), working on large-scale production cloud environments that support wireless network platforms. My current focus is reliability engineering, distributed system troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation across hybrid cloud architectures.Beyond production operations, I focus on applying proactive AI and agentic system design to infrastructure workflows, including intelligent observability, automated incident analysis, and multi-agent orchestrative engineering tooling. I am particularly interested in how generative AI can augment real-time system diagnostics and reduce operational complexity in large distributed environments.I hold a background in Computer Science and Statistics from Wake Forest University, where I developed interests in systems, machine learning foundations, and scalable software architecture.
