Job Profile Assist with the completion of the project/projects that have been allocated to you. From concept to completion, coordinates programme activities to handle high-end floor finishes such as Italian marble flooring and cladding, joinery, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, and so on. Develops and implements programme activities, coordinates the work of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, and resolves difficulties in the finishing area to ensure contractual obligations are met. Keep an eye on the work of contractors and suppliers. To implement and maintain quality management systems for projects, as well as to perform technical supervision of ongoing Civil and Finishing work at all levels. To make daily, weekly & monthly progress reports & make next day working program. Preparation of Daily Progress report of the work executed and summing up the same for weekly progress reports to be presented to Project in charge? Layout of Buildings & its Columns, checking of shuttering and steel according to the drawing, in process work inspection & final inspection of the civil structure Execution of all activities of structure & finishing of NTA and Multistory Towers as per BOQ Specifications and standards. To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godown and stores of the site with neatness. To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to. To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work? Maintaining all the drawings and related documents i.e, Stage pass, Checklist for all activities. Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.
