About Pooja V.

Pooja Nair, a successful corporate woman turned into a Yogapreneur. I have been conducting yoga retreats, workshops, and certified teacher training courses now. My story began atop the hills of McLeodganj, in a base camp when I realized my true love for Yoga didn’t need to be supported by a full-time corporate job. I worked in camps, setting up tents and cooking food for the guests in return for a hot meal and a place to sleep in. That was pure joy! In 2017, with my solo travels to spiritual places I discovered a new side to life. Saw people living a simple and content life that I yearned for. The more I traveled, the more the mysteries unraveled, and could clearly see what I was seeking. I found my respite in the mountains and by the sea. But the question remained - how can I build a skill set to fulfill my basic needs? My keen interest in Yoga led me onto a path of teaching this sacred wisdom for a living. My Guru blessed me with this sacred knowledge and transformed my life. I now live and breathe Yoga the right way. The only way that makes sense - the one that brings you the joy and happiness we all deserve. The one that makes us LIVE the life.
