About Shivsankar S

Navigating the corporate and academic worlds over the past 16 years has made me realize that a key factor in achieving goals (organizational and individual) is learning and development. After spending 10 years as an instructional designer, I joined the Vision India Foundation (VIF) as part of the 2018 fellowship batch. I spent eight months in Vrindavan, working with children of government schools. Later as VIF became Rsshtram-Rishihood University, I have been traveling along with that journey of transition. Initially, I was the Senior Program Manager handling the first batch of the PG Diploma in Public Leadership at Rashtram. I was then a member of the Office of Academic Affairs. Currently, I am a Senior Research Associate with the Office of the Vice Chancellor. As an avid reader, I am fascinated by the process in which human mind acquires knowledge. I am also amazed by the impact of generative AI on learning and development. I am preparing to take up research in the domain of education technology, curriculum and instruction.
