HDFC Bank Parivartan\'s \'Social & Transformative Rural Economic Empowerment\'(STREE) Project:• Conduct policy impact assessments to ensure proposed policies effectively address the needs of rural farmers and align with sustainable agricultural practices.• Conducted various cluster/value-chain diagnostic studies, prepared business plans for FPOs. • Promoted women-centric FPO, wherein mobilized 300+ farmers on market and credit linkages, resulting in doubling the turnover throuh various strategies. • Systemized the expected outputs, drafting and presenting progress reports with stakeholders. • Conduct policy impact assessments to ensure proposed policies effectively address the needs of rural farmers and align with sustainable agricultural practices.• Field monitoring, liaison with Govt. and other private stakeholders for convergence, supportive supervision & MIS management.
