I am passionate about being part of and contribute towards building small interdisciplinary research groups, and co-learning with students and professors. My research, which i continue from time to time, is closer to the concept of Innovations. I have an Engineering degree from NIT Karnataka Surathkal and a Master\'s in Human Resources from IIT Kharagpur. I also had the good fortune of spending some time at Technical University of Darmstadt and University of Cologne, both in Germany, for my studies. Worked in MNCs for a couple of years. My tenure in ACC Cements (LafargeHolcim) really taught me a lot. Did empirical research in Organizational Studies area, mainly focusing on innovations in manufacturing industry. I enjoy being in practical settings in industry, through Projects. I have been teaching Basic Business Analytics, Research Methods, Operations Management and Human Resource (HR) Management subjects at excellent institutes.
