Taking decision on the technical claims based on international steel standards and doing negotiations on regular basis. • Maintaining the relationship with customers by providing technical as well as commercial solutions. • Supporting Order Management Platform & Sales in correctly booking the customer’s orders. • Working within Sales Department to strategize the product mix and achieve our sales target. Developing a dynamic pricing model (latest in steel industry) for TCO. • Acquiring extensive experience on quality improvement through various technical parameters.• Analyzing the competitors’ products and their marketing strategy as well as steel import in EU.• Taking part in international business fairs of steel industry (raw materials, refractories, steel, etc.) to get acquainted with the latest technology/product. • Developing an intense know-how about steel international business (trade/customer regulations, HS Codes, custom duties, import-export, ocean freights, working with CHAs etc.).
