At AWS, my mission is to understand and represent customer needs, driving MySQL database adoption and innovating scale mechanisms. Since joining AWS in July 2020, I have led Sales Comp Strategy for AWS, and in my most recent role, I have led the product marketing strategy and business development for our flagship Aurora and RDS services, focusing on MySQL engines. My role involves creating adoption strategies, representing customer voices to influence feature development, and building programs to accelerate migrations to managed databases. My efforts have centered on crafting the GenAI narrative for MySQL databases and securing substantial investments to reinforce our sales strategy, demonstrating a strong alignment with AWS\' strategic priorities.
