ABOUT SHIVENDU JAIMAN

I am a B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) graduate from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, with a focused commitment to international commercial arbitration and international trade law. Over the years, I\'ve worked across some of India\'s most respected legal institutions, where I explored complex questions around cross-border enforcement, insolvency resolution and public policy in arbitration. But it is the Vis Moot that has truly defined my perspective. From participating as an oralist to later coaching and arbitrating across pre-moots worldwide, I\'ve seen how international arbitration is not just a mechanism, it\'s a global dialogue. I find my most profound sense of purpose in this space, between doctrine and practice, between cultures and systems.I\'ve also had the privilege of mentoring and training students in negotiation, mediation, and client counselling competitions, and these experiences have reaffirmed for me the value of building not just skills but also community. With strong interests in international trade law and institutional arbitration, I\'m now looking to continue growing through professional opportunities that allow me to contribute meaningfully, learn consistently, and stay engaged with the global arbitration community.I\'d be glad to connect if our paths intersect—whether through ADR, academia, or practice.
