Shivendra Singh Parihar is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India, in 2024. He has also worked as a research scholar at the Semiconductor Test and Reliability at the University of Stuttgart, Germany.His primary research interests include device-circuit co-design, device characterization, and compact modeling at high frequencies and cryogenic temperatures, with a focus on high-performance and quantum computing applications.
