With over 17 years of experience, Lead the engineering, and technical management of Upstream Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore), Midstream, LNG and gas processing projects (FEED/Detailed Engineering/EMC) with international (Gulf & Norway) EPC and Operating Companies.Technical expertise across LNG, Gas Processing systems including Gas Pre-Treatment, NGL Fractionation, Liquefaction process, LNG Storage & LNG Transfer and Offsites & Utility systems. Ensures deliverable accuracy, integration across disciplines, and guidance to process engineers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead and oversee complete process design and engineering work for projects, ensuring correctness, and compliance with international codes & standards.• Review Scope of Work (SoW) and bid documents during bid evaluation; raise Technical Queries, coordinate inter-discipline activities.• Review and perform HYSYS process simulations; developing Heat & Mass Balances.• Designed and Flare Network Design in FlareNet. Blowdown Calculations, and Depressurization Studies.• Prepared Hydraulic Report for Cooling Water Network, Instrument Air and Nitrogen Network.• Check process engineering deliverables: Equipment/ Instrument sizing, Relief Load Estimation, PFDs, DPDTs, P & IDs, Datasheets.• Vendor Document Review for process packages.• HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, P & ID reviews and 3D model reviews; provide inputs and implement closeout of recommendations.• Prepared operating manuals, philosophies, and plant shutdown work package preparation.• Provide input to project planning packages and monitor man-hours and project progress to ensure completion within budget.
