Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. • Promote the company profile to prospective clients & contractors. • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities. • Managing the entire tender process, including studying the scope of work, specification, agenda, and all other related bid documents, notify discrepancies, and raise tender queries.• Generate weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders. • Quantity Take-out and Preparation of BOQ for tender as per tender documents with the support of the given Team. • Sending all enquiries to the suppliers & subcontractors to obtain the quotations.• Provide extremely detailed budget estimates for interior fit-out works.• Develop entry-level staff into valuable employees. • Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required.
