I’m a Senior Research Engineer at Red Hat, where I helped launch InstructLab — an open-source framework for customizing large language models (LLMs) with synthetic data. InstructLab is the foundation of RHEL AI, Red Hat’s enterprise AI platform, and has been adopted across IBM for training Granite models used in key industries. My research focuses on inference-time scaling, LLM alignment, and domain-specific customization of generative AI. My work has been published at top conferences (ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS) and is at the core of enterprise AI deployments. I hold a Masters and Bachelors from University of Cincinnati, where I focused on Deep learning and BCI
