I\'m a post graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras (Dual Degree, Specialization in Intelligent Manufacturing). I\'ve been working with Coca Cola India since 2023 in various roles including Operational Excellence & Engineering. I\'m currently Director, Technical Engineering at CPS Pune, leading initiatives around Smart Factory Transformation, Plant Modernization & Maintenance.Prior to Coke, I was working with ITC Limited since 2014 and was the Project Manager for execution of two multi-million dollar automated warehouse projects. I had led the Digital Transformation in the division, have commissioned several Industry 4.0 solutions like Robotics, Flexible automation, AR, Video Analytics, etc. I also manage a large renewable energy portfolio and am currently leading implementation of multiple RE projects. I am a Six Sigma Black Belt, Chartered Engineer and a Certified Machine Safety Expert - CMSE®Work apart, I\'m a good badminton player and yoga enthusiast. As a person, I\'m very particular not only with regard to getting things done on time, but also about the way in which they are done. I strongly believe that a perfect work life balance is the way to succeed in life.
