In diverse industry experience in sectors such as power, renewable energy, solar, air conditioning, consumer electronics, home appliances, hospitality, manufacturing, infrastructure projects, EPC projects, textile machinery, and mining services (B2B, B2C, D2C, and B2G), my extensive experience has equipped me to drive success and growth in complex and dynamic environments.In my current role as Corporate Director – Business Excellence at Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), I partner with ExCom and senior leadership teams to translate enterprise strategy into measurable outcomes across brands, assets, and businesses.My work centres on enterprise leadership, strategy, and quality governance-helping organisations scale without losing control, grow without eroding culture, and improve performance without short-termism.
