Strong experience in the field of Recruitments dept. in working with domain Clients like Financial, Telecom, Banking, Health Care Etc. Expertise in Identify, Source and Screening of Candidates from Resume databases, Internet Searching, Networking and Cold Calling. Having experience in sourcing the candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Techfetch, Indeed, Social networks, etc. Strong working experience with Portals in searching the resume by Advance Searches, Boolean searches and AI searches. Successful in Sourcing, Screening, Validating, Salary Negotiation and Placement follow-up.
