I\'m Shivansh Mishra, a civil engineering enthusiast currently pursuing my Master\'s at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. With a strong zeal for data-driven insights and a commitment to excellence, I aim to make a significant impact in engineering and analytics. In my professional journey, I\'ve served as a Senior Executive at EXL in the Analytics group, specializing in Banking & Financial Services. Over 1 year and 2 months, I\'ve developed analytical prowess, presentation skills, and expertise in tools like SAS, SQL, and Microsoft. I\'ve actively contributed to credit risk management and performance monitoring in the banking sector. My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, where I graduated with a remarkable 9.15 CPI (German Grade : 1.3). I\'ve been deeply involved in academics, serving as a Department Representative and an active mentor in the Student Mentorship Program since 2019. I also held positions as a Class Representative, a volunteer in the Public Relations Committee, and contributed to the \"DISHA Program\" under Rotaract Club MNNIT. I\'ve been recognized with Institute Merit Scholarships in 2021-22 and 2022-23 for my dedication to academic excellence. To bridge the gap between engineering and data science, I completed the EXL-eDART (Decision Science) Program, mastering Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and SAS. These skills empower me to extract insights, visualize data, and communicate data-driven narratives effectively. My journey into engineering began with internships. At Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, I worked on Requirements and analysis of Buildings, gaining practical engineering experience. As an Internship Trainee at the Central Public Works Department, Government of India, I focused on estimation, specifications, site visits, and quality control in civil work. Looking ahead, my passion lies in leveraging data for informed decision-making in civil engineering. Proficient in analytical tools and armed with a strong engineering foundation, I aim to revolutionize the industry by merging engineering expertise with data insights.
