I work on Sales Performance Management (SPM) techniques and provides technology driven solutions to client to improve their Compensation Management, sales performance. I have worked on 6 end to end implementation and 4 projects in support phase which has given me an opportunity to work closely with the client teams onsite. Worked on ICM and analytics tools like Varicent, Anaplan, Tableau, and Alteryx. I am also certified in requirements gathering tool called Jama and have experience in working on defect tracking tool JIRA.
