As a Data Analyst at Tokyo Smoke, I contribute to building scalable analytics and reporting solutions that improve visibility into business performance and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. My role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, data engineering, and stakeholder collaboration, where I help translate operational needs into reliable and structured data solutions.I work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business processes, assess the feasibility of reporting and analytics requests, and design solutions that align with both technical and business requirements. This involves defining data requirements, documenting reporting logic, and ensuring that analytics outputs accurately reflect business operations.Using Microsoft Fabric, I design and manage dataflows that ingest, transform, and structure data from multiple sources. I focus on maintaining strong data quality standards by implementing validation checks, cleansing processes, and consistent data modeling practices across the pipeline.I develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports that provide clear, actionable insights for decision-makers, while also supporting ad-hoc analytical requests across teams. In addition, I work on improving reporting efficiency by streamlining and automating data workflows through SharePoint and OneDrive-based data integrations.Through these initiatives, I help strengthen the organization’s analytics capabilities by improving data accessibility, standardizing reporting processes, and enabling teams to rely on trusted data for faster and more informed decisions.
