I’m a Learning & Development professional with an MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology, specialising in workplace learning, behaviour change, and organisational effectiveness. At Simmons & Simmons, I lead the firm’s compliance and regulatory training and manage core L&D operations. I support partner-level development programmes, run skills and well-being initiatives, and contribute to process improvements across the function.
