ABOUT SHIVANI KHANDELWAL

As a Management Trainee at TalentServe, I am learning how to provide innovative and effective talent solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries and sectors. I have a keen interest in foreign trade and international business, which is why I am pursuing an MBA in Foreign Trade from Banaras Hindu University, a renowned institution with a rich history and culture. I have also completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Delhi University, where I gained a solid foundation in financial and business concepts. Before joining TalentServe, I worked as a Logistics Trainee at M.I.Electrical Steel Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical steel products. There, I gained valuable experience in managing inventory, shipping, and delivery operations, as well as improving communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. My skills include operations, communication, business administration, logistics, and accounting, and I am eager to apply them to new challenges and opportunities. My core competencies are adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer orientation. My mission is to help organizations and individuals achieve their talent goals and potential, and my field of expertise is foreign trade and talent management.
