About Shivani Hiralal

From 10+ years of working in hospitality, to working in nonprofit/social impact organizations (in program development, and fundraising), to currently working in marketing, my experiences have shaped who I am, how I work, and how I connect with others. In addition to my passion for growing as a marketer, my formal training in both mindfulness and yoga practices has led me to become a wellness coach. I have had the honor and pleasure to work with youth, adults, and mothers over the past 3 years in navigating the challenges and nuances of their mental health. My life\'s mission is to spread awareness about mental health and reduce the stigma around mental health conversations, specifically maternal mental health. Alongside reducing stigma and advocacy, I work with individuals to navigate their mental health conditions by redefining their relationship with themselves while utilizing coping tools to navigate their day-to-day to lead to an overall healthier, happier, more balanced life.Certifications: Mindfulness Certification, Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training.
