As a Principal at Henkel Search Partners, I leverage my strategy/due diligence background to help clients find the best talent for their private equity, credit, and alternative asset management roles. I enjoy building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality and tailored search solutions. Before joining HSP, I was Chief of Staff at Fur, a body hair care products company. I drove customer insights, managed people and talent operations, and helped implement new strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Prior to that, I was a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where I was a generalist working on private equity due diligence and corporate strategy cases, and served on the board of M•••••@L.E.K, an employee resource group for racial and ethnic minorities. I graduated from the University of Chicago in 2017 with a B.A. in Economics (General Honors, Dean\'s List). Beyond my day-to-day, I am passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, especially for women of color. I also enjoy working on grassroots philanthropy initiatives through my position as an Advisor to and former Co-President of Highwind Impact Fund.
