As a TedEx speaker and one of the first women officers deployed onboard a major warship in the Indian Navy, I have consistently broken barriers and championed women in leadership.During my service to Navy, I have spearheaded a complete revamp of the Indian Navy’s payroll system, ensuring compliance and policy implementation, led multimillion-dollar procurement and logistics operations at the largest training establishment of the Navy and Headed Defence Procurement at the challenging geographical location of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.My passion for technology, strategy, and leadership extends beyond operational achievements, with certifications in AI-driven leadership (ISB) and Scrum Mastery. I continue to mentor and inspire the next generation of leaders while contributing to impactful programs in finance and logistics in the Navy.
