With over 12 years of experience in various HR functions, I am a passionate and dedicated HR professional. My mission is to enable the growth and success of diverse and talented workforce in the APAC region, through strategic HR business partnership, efficient HR operations, and accurate payroll management.In my current role, I leverage my HR analytics certification and skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. I also manage the HR service delivery and employee life cycle processes for APAC, ensuring compliance, quality, and timeliness. Additionally, I handle employee relations and wellness initiatives, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, where I received a spot award for leading my team and volunteering on the India Covid Task Force. Furthermore, I have successfully implemented the RESPECT program, a campaign to foster a culture of recognition, feedback, and respect among employees.
