The Excise department ensures the brewery follows all laws related to beer production, including licenses, taxes, and labeling. They work with you to ensure compliance in procurement and sales.Your role involves monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory, and minimizing waste. You also look for ways to reduce costs without compromising quality and ensure all materials meet quality standards. You coordinate with internal stakeholders, like production and logistics teams, to ensure smooth operations.The Excise department is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and permits, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with excise laws. They also handle excise duty payments and ensure the brewery\'s products are correctly labeled and compliant with regulations.Your role is crucial in ensuring Kingfisher Breweries gets the right materials at the right time, while following regulations.
