Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives Strategically partner with Leaders to design and implement the most effective processes/structures and manage transitions.Act as a manager who builds capabilities, reduces complexity, and partners with stakeholders to maximize team performance.Provide HR team with appropriate coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities including exposure to HR Business Partner skills and experiences.Manage Recruitments for Greater Asia, Africa, UAE, and Oceania with strict timelines.Hiring across levels and handling different types of Contracts.Develop and oversee strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent.Conduct Internal Audits on Database Management.Plan and organize employee engagement activities, both onsite and virtual.Partner with Dept. leaders to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, support in leveraging change acceleration techniques.Maintain emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, communication, data privacy, control procedures, and continuous improvement on performance standards.Manage and coordinate the performance cycle which includes appraisals and reviews.Work in partnership with other functional teams to meet the teams\' as well as broader corporate objectives.Review and implement HR policies and practices to ensure they comply with the local practices.Handle employee grievances and formulate procedures for the same.Any other tasks, as and when assigned by the management.
