Driven by a desire to grow and expand my knowledge, I pursued a master\'s in Materials at the University of Cincinnati. Post-graduation, I joined General Aluminum as a Metallurgist, where I have had numerous opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I feel welcomed and strengthened in a diverse workplace, where I have role models and mentors who not only lead by example but also empower me to lead. I thrive in collaborative and purpose-driven contexts, with colleagues who share common values, learn from each other, and work tirelessly towards a bold mission. My career so far can be categorized into three distinct roles: Metallurgist, Program Management, and Quality. At General Aluminum, I have had the opportunity to grow and learn within these three areas. This unique background in metallurgy, program management, and quality has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I believe will bring significant value to any organization. With 10+ years of international experience in the aluminum components and steel industries, in India and North America. I have a deep and multifaceted understanding of process & product quality. I perform root-cause analyses to gain a thorough understanding of quality issues for existing and new products. I design data visualizations and statistical models to monitor process data. To enable my team and clients in detecting quality issues, I generate the technical reports for metallurgical analysis for material characterization. I create user-friendly processes and inspection procedures.I seek new challenges. I believe that the skills required by the workforce will evolve significantly over the next decade, shaped by technological advancements and a collective push towards newer technological advancements. I am eager to be part of this transformation, contributing to a future that embraces innovation.Skills acquired as a part of Master’s Thesis : Corrosion Inhibiting Pigment’s Processing and Evaluation, Electrochemical Corrosion study (Potentiodynamic Scans, Polarization Resistance) Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), data analysis of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), ICP MS
