Demonstrate expertise in conducting targeted searches and Job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and IIM Jobs to build a pipeline of potential candidates and serving the best candidate to the organization. • Utilize Naukri’s bulk emailing feature to reach possible contender and drive recruitment efforts. • Actively engage with references provided by existing employees to identify potential candidates for open positions within the organization. • Manage the referral bonus, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payout to eligible employees. Conduct thorough telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements. • Facilitate initial face-to-face interviews, evaluate candidate skills, qualification, cultural fitment within the organization and conduct preliminary assessments to shortlist applicants for further evaluation. • Prepare reports on the number of closures, offered, interviews lined up, offer accepted, offer declined, etc on daily and monthly basis. Daily maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure the flow of work reaches the aspire rates. • Lead salary negotiations with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and budgetary constraints. • Implement various strategies to effectively address candidate queries and concerns regarding offer terms and conditions. •Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases. • Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs. Also, address employee queries and resolve workplace issues. • Participated in numerous walk-in-drives organized by KC Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd, engaging in various recruitment activities and assisting candidates throughout the selection process.
