ABOUT SHIVANGI TRIPATHI

As a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), I bring both hands-on experience and a strong foundation in HR principles including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Through my certifications, I’ve developed a deep understanding of Canadian employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), AODA, and the Human Rights Code, and how to apply them effectively in day-to-day HR operations. Over the past few years, I’ve supported full-cycle recruitment, coordinated hundreds of interviews, supported new hire onboarding across Canada, and maintained accurate HRIS (Workday, ADP, etc.) and ATS records — always with a focus on data integrity, confidentiality, and candidate satisfaction. Whether it’s planning career fairs, organizing orientation sessions, or managing day-to-day admin and compliance tasks, I love contributing to HR teams that truly care about people. With strong communication, a collaborative spirit, and a detail-oriented approach, I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can wear multiple hats and continuously learn.
