My career experience and expertise have grown from my childhood hobbies: Learning new things, teaching and sharing knowledge, communicating and interacting with people. I loved sharing my knowledge with people and learning from other\'s experience as well. I began my career in 2011 as a technical associate with Wipro limited and soon I realized this wasn\'t the path I was seeking and hence I moved to training and development where I could pursue my dreams and be creative. For over 9 years, I’ve been providing training in various tools and technologies and domains like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning), Communication, Technical Writing, Documentation, IT Project Management, SDLC, Agile methodology, Business Process Modeling, RFP and Analysis Reports Documentation, Java, Manual Testing, Project Management Tool, DBMS, Git, SVN, ANT etc. Currently, with FIS Global, I am involved in the Client Engagement and onboarding for our RPA tool and it\'s capabilities. I deliver product training and conduct product demos for our Banking clients. As a part of digital transformation team, I am also involved in digitizing internal processes and involved in various RPA projects as well. I was associated with Automation Anywhere as a Product Trainer but recently as an unfortunate event due to Corona-Virus Pandemic I laid off in this current layoff wave. Just to share, my performance have been really good throughout my career and there\'s hardly a dull workday in my life.
