About Shivangi Sinha
I am currently working on Operations side of Digital Payments for leading Payment Technology company, Visa Inc. My current job provides me an opportunity to interact with multiple clients, onboard them to my application and facilitating 100% availability for my application. I am working with a team of 8 people who are extensively involved in release planning, execution, analyzing and resolving issues faced by end users.I have a total of 5.5 years of IT experience. Prior to working in Visa, I was a part of Tata Consultancy Services and was working in Functional Testing and System Verification testing domain for a telecom giant for close to 2 years.I hold a Gold Medal in my B.Tech Degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation. And, am a certified Payment domain expert. In my career so far, one of my positives has been being able to build a trust with the people and client I work with. On my personal front, I am inclined towards music and can play few instruments myself and extremely fond of reading fiction. I hail from Patna, Bihar and am currently based in Bangalore.
