Passionate about making work (where we spend majority of our adult lives) a more meaningful and enriching experience for people. Spent the last few years consulting and working with organisations to create targeted development interventions that aim to build greater self-awareness and help people reach their true potential. As a leadership development and assessment specialist have advised clients on key initiatives such as articulation of future skills and competencies, design of robust assessment frameworks focused on identifying high potential talent, succession planning for C-suite roles, talent fitment in critical roles, coaching, DEI initiatives (specially women leader development interventions) etc. A psychologist by education, I am also certified on multiple market leading psychometric tools such as the OPQ32 (SHL’s flagship personality instrument), ADEPT15, and Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect.
