Direct Reporting - Senior Director & Head – Administration & Procurement.• Vendor Development & vendor management for Housekeeping, Technical O&M, Pest control, Horticulture/ Gardening & Security services, including training, reporting & dashboarding, payments etc. • Consolidating information and preparing the monthly MIS – Expenses. • Issuing all the Work Orders and Purchase Orders with prior approval from the respective stakeholders. • Making approval notes for Winter/ Summer Uniforms, rate contract revisions for vendors, Diwali Gifts, etc, and sending further within stipulated timelines. • Preparing the approval notes and letters and sending to Govt. Bodies like NDMC, Police Department, etc. timely as per the requirements. • Ensuring that the Auditors give excellent ratings for our records mgmt. and 100% compliance, as per Shops & Commercial Establishments.• Developing the Annual budget considering all the possible expenses coming in the next FY. • Keep meeting several vendors for comparative of good quality materials with optimized rates and negotiating rate cards. • Complaints handling and resolving for Repair & Maintenance of Office Assets related to MEP works, and other miscellaneous works for all the employees/ colleagues. • Incorporating cost-saving and sustainability initiatives in the daily services and maintaining a Cost-saving tracker for the current FY.• Delivering the presentation for new joiners from all the divisions monthly on “Employee Orientation & Induction”. • Utilizing AI apps like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grammarly, etc. for bettering productivity and work performance.Talks about #motivation #workethics #effectivecommunication #optimism #teambuilding,#administration #coordination #customerexperience,#leadership,#employeecare,#qualityimprovement #workexcellence.
