About Shivangi Komal
I am a College Student currently completing graduation from Geol institute of technology and management Lucknow.Defining the field in which i am pursuing is B. com hons. So my field here is marketing and finance. I have been doing interenship with 2 of the companies1st one i would like to mention is Thinknext Technologies Private Limited and the 2nd one is aashman foundation.In the both the companies i have been doing interenship in the field of Human resource and marketing. In this interenship I learned many things like how to deal with the people working in an organisation because in Human resource things are dynamic it keeps on changing, so I learned what are the main things i should focus on. I learned how to plan for the organisation, how to make it efficient, I learned analysing the environment.In marketing i generated my communication skills learned to convince people moreover learned the art of selling.Besides interenship i am learning New languages like French and German.Also i am into writing stuffs like articles, short stories and poems.Lastly i would affirm that i have that leadership qualities and also i have generated a good communication skills.
