Doing the Salary Negotiation, Mass Mailing, as well as posting job on sites. Conducting the telephonic Interviews. Negotiating with the candidates on salary. Lining up the interviews with the respective Project Managers. Maintaining a database of resumes sent. Scheduling the Interview as per the Client specifications, intimating the candidates about the interview. Assisting the Client Company in the selection & placement of the candidate. Follow up the client as well as the candidate till the selected candidate gets the offer letter & appointment letter.
