Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using ASTA Powerproject software. Monitor daily site progress and update project timelines accordingly. Coordinate with execution, design, and procurement teams to ensure timely resource availability. Arrange monthly design coordination meetings with all stakeholders. Conduct weekly internal review meetings to resolve pending decisions and clarify team deliverables. Identify critical path activities and proactively manage schedule risks. Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress presentations for senior management. Track material and manpower deployment against the approved baseline schedule. Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure alignment with the schedule. Support the project team in delay analysis and schedule recovery planning. Monitor daily safety and quality non-conformities and ensure timely closure. Assist in preparing billing schedules and progress-linked invoicing plans. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all planning activities. Maintain and update the Dust Pollution and Green Dash portals to meet environmental compliance requirements. Prepare and update quarterly RERA progress reports in line with regulatory guidelines. Prepare monthly construction updates to keep customers informed about project status. Develop multiple review decks and dashboards for senior management analysis. Track and maintain all labour compliance records to ensure regulatory adherence.
