About Shivangi Agarwal
With a solid foundation in Java, microservices my role as a SDE at Ivy is mostly on development of customer service tools, a interface with cross-functional teams to enhancing operational efficiency by consolidating player data and reducing reliance on multiple legacy systems.Its basically a CRM application which helps customer service agents to resolve issues/queries of a Customer. This application is developed using React JS and Spring boot. My tenure at ADP as a Senior Member Technical sharpened my skills in building complex APIs and integrating them using React.js and Redux architecture, contributing significantly to our team\'s project success.The dedication to technology and innovation has been a guiding force throughout my professional journey. At Ivy, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and foster growth. My expertise in JavaScript and Java Microservices complements my analytical capabilities, enabling me to tackle challenging technical problems and contribute to our company\'s forward momentum.
