I am an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations. I began my career as an HR Recruiter Trainee, where I gained hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. This early exposure helped me understand how to balance business requirements with candidate expectations.As I progressed in my career, I took on broader responsibilities across core HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and grievance handling. I have been closely involved in day-to-day HR administration while supporting business teams and ensuring smooth people processes.Through my journey, I have learned that HR is not just about policies and processes but about people. I believe in creating a work environment where employees feel supported, heard, and valued.
